Following the same philosophy, our liquid pumps and diaphragm dosing pumps have been developed further to improve diaphragms and valves in particular.
The dosing pumps can reliably meter even the smallest amounts with high repeatability – even in constant operation.

KNF Swing Piston Pumps

KNF swing piston gas pumps compress, transfer or evacuate. They run 100% oil-free, can operate in any orientation and are available with many motor options. Swing piston pumps generate pressure and vacuum within a compact size and offer higher flow rates than diaphragm pumps of the same dimensions.

KNF Diaphragm Liquid Pumps

KNF diaphragm liquid pumps combine maximum performance with minimum size. The use of chemically resistant materials enables the pumps to convey virtually any type of liquid, whether neutral or corrosive. They are dry-running, self-priming, maintenance free, and available with many different motor- and hydraulic connection options.

KNF diaphragm gas pumps transfer or compress gases and vapors and generate a vacuum without contaminating the media. Different options are available for application-specific requirements related to size, motor type, control, voltage, chemical resistance, safety, vibration, noise, and temperature resistance. All pump types offer oil-free operation.

N 96 Diaphragm Gas Pump: High Performance for Medical Device Technology
The N 96 is suited for all procedures requiring reliable or precise transfer of liquid or gaseous media. Compact and high-performing, it can transfer even aggressive or corrosive gases and liquid-gas mixtures. Its robust design means it can be used with a broad spectrum of media at temperatures up to 70 degrees Celsius.

With an EPDM membrane or a PTFE coated membrane, the N 96 is chemically resistant and highly tolerant of vapor and condensate. This makes it perfectly suited for the typical task of gentle, precise preparation and transfer of samples for analysis. The N 96 is also ideal for safely aspirating mixed liquid chemical waste.

With a highly efficient brushless direct current motor and rotational speed control, the diaphragm pump can dynamically meet the requirements of complex operating profiles. The N 96 emits relatively little heat itself while being suited for use at ambient temperatures of up to 50 degrees Celsius. Further reading
FP 70: Low-Pulsation Pump for Liquid Media Transfer in Medical Equipment
Thanks to the integration of pulsation dampening technology, there is no need for additional pulsation dampening elements and tubing when using the KNF FP 70. This means that the pump can operate with particularly low pulsation even where space is limited.

The patented 4-point-valves ensure reliable self-priming. Thus, no additional priming pump is required for filling and draining the system.

In medical applications, where equipment is often in direct contact with the patient, a smooth flow pump can also have a positive impact on the patients’ wellbeing. Fewer pulses are transmitted from the liquid to the tubing and from there to parts applied to the patient, helping to make treatments a less stressful experience.

The low pulsation pump technology used in the KNF FP 70 improves pump efficiency, as pressure resistance in the tubing is reduced and flow performance is significantly enhanced. This can be a crucial factor if small tubing is used. It also reduces bubble formation.
